Data we collect
Through the contact form we collect the details you give us: first name, last name, organisation, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of the message.
Why we use it
We use and keep this data only to reply to your request and to handle any follow-up related to it. We do not use the data for marketing, and we do not send newsletters.
Legal basis
We process the data on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the dedicated box before sending the form (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR).
Retention
Data is kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and the related contacts. It is not kept for more than 24 months from the last useful contact, unless a different legal obligation applies.
Recipients
Data is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by technical suppliers who help us run the site and email, bound by confidentiality and acting on our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, as well as restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent, by writing to info@4townlab.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
